About the event
This year we are hosting our Annual 5K Walkathon to fund our Community Service fund which sponsors programs such as AZLR CARES Fall Festival, Celebrate the Harvest, Love Thy Neighbor and so much more. We are also working towards awarding grants and scholarships!!!
We would like to invite our family and friends to join us at the finish line as we celebrate with a good barbecue, games, and music at Washington Park in Atlanta, GA.
AZLR CARES has a vision to create impactful change in the communities we service by bringing together a network of resources and services to aid sheltered and unsheltered families/individuals to regain stability and independence.
