Donation Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your generous support of AZLR CARES. By donating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Charitable Organization Status

AZLR CARES is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our EIN (Employer Identification Number) is 88-4177382.

2. Use of Donations

All donations made to AZLR CARES will be used to support our community programs, including but not limited to:

Harvest to Thrive agricultural training initiative
Homeless and low-income outreach services
Educational workshops and materials
Program operating costs and participant support

AZLR CARES reserves the right to allocate funds to areas of greatest need unless otherwise explicitly designated by the donor.

3. Designated Donations

If you specify a program (e.g., Harvest to Thrive, Love Thy Neighbor), AZLR CARES will make every effort to honor your request. However, if a program is fully funded, suspended, or discontinued, your donation may be redirected to a similar initiative or to general support.

4. Tax Receipts

AZLR CARES will provide a donation receipt via email or mail for all donations over $250 or upon request. For recurring donations, an annual giving statement will be provided in January for the prior year.

5. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or unauthorized, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction at:

6. Donor Privacy

AZLR CARES respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share donor information with third parties. Your name and contact information may be used to send donation acknowledgments, tax receipts, updates, and impact reports.

7. Acknowledgments and Public Recognition

Unless you request anonymity, AZLR CARES may publicly recognize donations in reports, event materials, or social media. Donors may opt out of public acknowledgment by emailing us.

8. Changes to Terms

AZLR CARES reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Updated terms will be posted on our website, effective as of a specified date.
